The deadline to ask questions is 5/30/2025 5:00 PM CST GENERAL This contract provides for the rehabilitation of six (6) existing Lift Stations within the City of Pinehurst, Texas. The lift stations are located on 33rd Street, 34th Street, Warbler Street, Broad Street, Del Sasso Street, and Highway 90. SPECIFIC This contract shall include all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, inspection, testing, and superintendence required for the complete and operable rehabilitation of the proposed project as shown on the contract plans and specifications. This contract includes, but is not limited to the following: 33rd Street Lift Station Remove and replace existing electrical equipment including service, extend existing air vent, remove and replace guide rails, testing, start up, and all related appurtenances. 34th Street Lift Station Remove and replace existing electrical equipment including service, install new steel platform and stairs, demolish existing CMU generator building, install new platform for generator, testing, start up, and all related appurtenances. Highway 90 Elevate electrical components. Warbler Street Lift Station Remove and dispose of existing wet well, furnish and install new grinder package lift station, remove and replace existing electrical equipment including service, testing, start up, and all related appurtenances. Broad Street Lift Station Remove existing wet well brick riser, extend concrete wet well and construct a new top with hatches, remove and replace existing pumps, construct a new valve vault, remove sludge and debris from wet well, rehabilitate all interior surface of wet well, remove and replace existing electrical equipment including service, install new steel platform and stairs, testing, start up, and all related appurtenances. Del Sasso Street Lift Station Remove and replace existing electrical equipment including service, remove and replace existing 4 suction lines, install new steel rack, remove existing fiberglass valve vault and replace with RC valve vault including hatches, testing, start up, and all related appurtenances. CONDITIONS ALONG THE ROUTES The Contractors attention is called to various physical conditions along the routes as follows. Overhead power lines are located near or within the project site. The Contractor shall notify proper authorities at least 72 hours before construction begins. The Contractor shall take precautions to avoid damage to power lines, foundations, guy wires, and appurtenances. The Contractor shall observe all applicable OSHA and owner requirements while working near the overhead power lines including restriction of height of equipment. Underground utilities exist near or within the project area. During construction the Contractor shall take the necessary precautions to avoid damaging the existing utilities within the limits of the project site.
