Renovation of an educational facility in Baker Lake, Nunavut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work under this contract consists of but not necessarily limited to completing modifications to the electrical distribution and emergency power distribution at the Jonah Amitnaaq School in Baker Lake, Nunavut. Contractor to modify the electrical distribution systems in order to provide a fully functional and tested power and emergency power systems that are capable of maintaining essential building functions (heat, ventilation, domestic water, etc) during an extended power outage. System to be capable of shunt-trip load shedding to provide emergency power to the fire pump during emergency power when the fire pump is required to run and as noted in drawings and specifications.
