2025-2026 M and I 6526-305-003 Material Supply All material shall be delivered during the 2025 Sealift season using the "Designated Government of Nunavut Marine Carrier" for Baker Lake. All material shall be delivered FOB LHO warehouse within Baker Lake. Successful contractor is solely responsible to ensure that the designated Government of Nunavut marine carrier and local cartage is used. Question Deadline 02/06/2025 Questions regarding this RFT should be in writing and received by the Buyer at least 2 working days before the closing date and time. A response to any question received after this deadline is not guaranteed. NHC reserves the right to make any amendment to this RFT at any time prior to the closing date and time, including amending the specifications and the closing date and time. In such an event the Buyer will endeavour to formally notify all Bidders by way of an addendum, or other reasonable means, as soon as practically possible prior to the tender closing date and time. NHC reserves the right to make adjustments to a Bid following bid closing in accordance with the NNI Regulation by taking into account any information that will assist it in doing so, including by taking into account information obtained from the NNI Business Directory maintained by the NNI Secretariat and the Inuit Firm Registry maintained by NTI. For greater certainty, if NHC determines that a bidder should, or should not, receive a bid adjustment pursuant to the NNI Regulation, it can adjust the evaluation of the bid accordingly. NHC reserves the right to accept or waive any minor informality or minor non-compliance with these Instructions to Bidders or other requirements; however, a substantial or material non-compliance shall not be waived.
