SCOPE OF WORK . The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing and installing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work include but are not limited to, localized asphalt repairs, slurry seal, signing and striping, and all other items not mentioned but indicated in the Plans and Specifications. This work requires a California Class A and/or a combination of Specialty Class C contractor s license. No contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5.
