Notice is hereby given that the Edgewater East Community Development District (the District) will accept proposals from qualified firms interested in providing landscape and irrigation maintenance services, all as more specifically set forth in the Project Manual. Any proposal not completed as specified or missing the required proposal documents may be disqualified. Ranking of proposals will be made on the basis of qualifications according to the Evaluation Criteria contained within the Project Manual. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. There may be occasions when one or more Board Supervisors or staff members will participate by telephone. At the above location will be present a speaker telephone so that any Board Supervisor or staff member can attend the meeting and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. The meeting may be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date, and location stated on the record. Event Bid Description: Proposals shall be submitted in an opaque sealed package, shall bear the name of the proposer on the outside of the package and shall clearly identify the project. Proposals will be publicly opened at the time and date stipulated above; those received after the time and date stipulated above will be returned un-opened to the proposer.
