Remodeling of a municipal facility in Pueblo, Colorado. Working plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Questions concerning this proposal shall be addressed in writing to Amy Hurtig-Smith of HGF Architects, Inc. at asmith@hgfarch.com. Upon receipt and review of the proposals, it is anticipated that an interview will be conducted. Time to be assigned Wednesday July 9th, 2025. The Pueblo Regional Building Department (PRBD) is seeking a Construction Manager/ General Contractor (CMGC) partner to provide services to complete construction to interior remodel existing building at 830 North Main Street Pueblo Colorado. The successful CM/GC should be experience in securing donations and fundraising to help the project. This will be an essential qualification. The successful CM/GC needs a Contractor Type B construction license or better. CM/GC will also help owner phase construction, so PRBD operations are maintained. Joint Ventures are allowed and encouraged. The Project generally consists ofremodeling front office area into offices and conference area of approximately 3,682 SF and 1162 SF conference room remodel, including interior finishes to be replaced throughout, all new Plumbing, HVAC to be added to remodeled space of existing building. New finishes at remodeled spaces. CM/GC is expected to help with cost estimating and budgeting towards a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). The owner does have a budget of $900K that needs to be executed and construction work to be completed this year. The successful selected contractor will be required to have a minimum of 25% Pueblo Contractor participation. See attached Schematic Design floor plan to be budgeted by CM / GC after selection.
