Question Deadline 06/18/2025 Any questions concerning the bid package must be addressed in writing eight (8) calendar days prior to bid opening date. All Addenda will be issued seven (7) days prior. Any questions concerning the bid package not received within eight (8) calendar days prior to bid opening date will be disregarded Fan Coil Replacement at Vail Apartments (Amp 200), Pueblo, Co Receipt. This project is scheduled to be completed in (2) Phases. Each phase will be determined by the Lump Sum Breakdown ofthe dollar amounts (on the Bid Proposal Form). The owner estimates 50% of work to be performed in each phase. 2. Both phases are expected to be completed within 365 days. 3. System draining, demolition and isolation valve installation in basement to be scheduled and completed first in Phase 1. 4. Each chase shall be complete in its entirety before shutting down another chase and shall be done as quickly as possible to limit tenant inconvenience. 5. Drywall patch and paint to be done at the completion of each chase. 6. FCU Replacement project replaces 99 Fan Coil Units (FCUs). Each replaced FCU includes a thermostat, fan switch, and valving package for both chilled-water and hot-water piping; and the horizontal piping will be replaced on all 113 FCUs, but the existing thermostat and existing valving packaging are not to be replaced where the existing FCUs are to remain in service. 7. It is the contractor's responsibility to move and reinstall tenant belongings and furniture to access fan coils and pipe. The Housing Authority encourages minority and resident owned businesses to participate.
