Reference Number 0000388671 Architectural & Engineering Services for Summit on the Park Renovation & Addition The Township has chosen to issue this Request for Proposal (RFP) and it is being advertised to solicit proposals to provide architectural and engineering services for the renovations and additions to the Summit on the Park. Canton Township is seeking architectural and engineering services at the Summit on the Park Community Center that would include is not limited to an addition that would serve as a new Senior Center, renovations to the Banquet Center lobby, kitchen, ballroom, PDC room, and, finally, an addition that would allow the expansion of the Fitness Center. The Township reserves the right to negotiate a contract for services if only a portion of the proposals are deemed in the best interest of the Township. The scope of work shall include, but not limited to, services referenced in Section 2. Any questions concerning the conditions or specifications shall be directed to the designated contact person.
