Reference Number 0000396343 The Township has chosen to issue this Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek a company(s) to provide upgraded exterior lighting at the Administration building The original construction of the building was completed in 1978, with the most recent addition in 2002. Current exterior lighting was upgraded to LED in 2012. Any questions concerning the conditions or specifications shall be directed to the designated contact person. Addenda items will be posted on the township website, on the Purchasing Division page under Requests for Bids, Proposals and Qualifications. It is the bidder's responsibility to check and verify that addenda have been issued. Failure to acknowledge addenda may result in the offer not being considered. SCOPE OF WORK The selected contractor shall remove all existing ground-mounted LED floodlight fixtures currently illuminating the City Hall facade and replace them with new DMX/RDM-compatible RGBW LED floodlights. Bidders must determine how many fixtures to add, remove, or replace. All existing concrete pads and stubmounted hardware shall be reused if structurally sound. If not, contractor must replace in kind. All fixtures must be integrated with a Pharos lighting control system and Pathway DMX repeater. The touchscreen control panel (TPS 5 or TPS 8) and controller (LPC1 or LPC2) shall be installed inside City Hall. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, cabling, programming, commissioning, and staff training necessary for a fully operational and intuitive system.
