Award: Denver Equipment Co. of Charlotte, Inc. for $783,571.79 Spartanburg School District 2 is seeking a responsive and responsible bidder for the acquisition and installation of Cafe Serving Lines for four schools as outlined in this solicitation Questions should be submitted by June 30, 2025 @ 10:00 AM Direct Inquiries To: Leslie M Duthie SCOPE OF WORK It is the intent of Spartanburg School District Two (hereinafter referred to as the District) to solicit bids to supply, deliver, and install the following specified equipment to Mayo Elementary, Oakland Elementary, Rainbow Lake Middle, and Sugar Ridge Elementary. No alternatives to the requested main items will be accepted as a bid submission. This solicitation does not commit Spartanburg School District 2 to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in preparation of a bid, or to procure any services that may be offered.All work must be completed by April 10, 2026, and scheduled exclusively during non-instructional days. Once started, installation must continue without interruption and be completed within the dates agreed upon with the site. Work must be completed without interruption and must not disrupt daily school lunch operations Any protest must be submitted in writing to the Chief Finance Officer, Brandi Gist, 3231 Old Furnace Rd, Chesnee, SC 29323 or to brandi.gist@spart2.org
