Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,080-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
2025 Maintenance Pole Building Extension Questions Due Date: Jul 1st 2025, 5:00 PM EDT 40' x 52' pre-engineered pole building addition to the existing Township Maintenance Facility. The Supervisors of Conewago Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Conewago Township. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Conewago Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of their qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for this project is one-hundred eighty (180) calendar days. Conewago Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
