Site work for a water / sewer project in Staples, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Description: The scope of the project is to replace aging mechanical infrastructure at both Staples Main Campus and Staples West Campus. This includes replacement of the heating water boiler plant, domestic hot water plant, and two air handling units at Staples Main Campus and the heating water boiler plant at Staples West Campus. The entire Contract will be Substantially Complete by Friday, February 27th , 2026 as a condition of the Contract. Pre-Qualification: Yes The Architect/Engineer and/or College/University Representatives will review the bidding procedures, Bidding Documents and other conditions with interested Bidders and answer questions. Parking is available in the West Lot. The Conference Room can be accessed through Door 1. Tour will continue to Staples Campus - West following meeting and site tour at main campus. The sales of paper copies for projects listed on this site are not available. Parties that download the Bidding Documents and Addenda and want hard copies of the documents will need to have them printed elsewhere and are solely responsible for those printing costs.
