Renovation of an educational facility in Staples, Minnesota. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

**As of May 29, 2025, project bids came in over budget. No definite date for the rebid. Central Lakes College is planning on making substantial HVAC renovations to both the Staples Main and Staples West Campuses. HVAC upgrades are to bring the campuses into alignment with B3 and SB2030, the updated MN Energy Codes and compatibility to our new DDC controls. The architect is Architecture Advantage with Dunham Engineers. The CDs are being prepared for bidding in April.
