Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Knoxville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Knox County is seeking bids for the installation and completion of projects related to General Trades, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting. Under the Performance Contract awarded to MSI, Inc., bids are requested to complete the final pricing phases of the project. Contracts reviewed and approved by the County will be assigned to MSI under the Performance Contract agreement. Questions prior to bid opening shall be submitted electronically to bob@relyonbase2.com. Include in the Subject Line: Knox County Nursing Home Performance Contract Question Submittal. Reference Specification Section or Plan Sheet in email. No question shall be taken over the phone. Compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws, rules and regulations is required. The Knox County Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept other than the lowest bid, and to waive any irregularities or informalities in bids received. Bids may be held by the Knox County Board for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding the Contract.
