Pomerleau Inc., acting as the Construction Manager for the project cited in the title, for and on behalf of the Department Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), is pleased to invite you to bid on the work for the Tender Package. Bidders interested in participating in this call for tenders shall be required to obtain all plans and tender documents from the Building Connected platform.
