Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Dover, New Hampshire. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of July 18,2025, the project is not awarded. Project will be rebid by the end of the year.** The City of Dover, NH has approximately 80 miles of public sidewalk. The Community Services Department is responsible for the ongoing operations and maintenance of the sidewalk network. Through its annual sidewalk improvement program, the City of Dover endeavors to reconstruct existing sidewalks to be ADA compliant and to meet the needs of its residents. The 2025 Sidewalk Reconstruction Project includes the following Scope of Services: Base Bid: -Reconstruction of Horne Street sidewalk (Sixth Street to Glenwood Avenue) -Reconstruction of Riverwalk sidewalk Add/Alt Bid: -Reconstruction of Woodman Park Elementary School sidewalk section -Construction of Bellamy Academy egress sidewalk Proposals shall be considered for the 2025 construction season. The completion date shall be September 30, 2025. A Bid Bond equal to 5% of the bid price must accompany the bid. Payment and performance bonds equal to 100% of the project will be required from the winning vendor as listed in Attachment A for bonding requirements. Question Deadline 06/19/2025 Any questions or inquiries must be submitted in writing, and, in order to be considered, must be received by the Purchasing Agent (k.cragin@dover.nh.gov) no later than seven (7) calendar days before the Request for Proposals due date and time. Any changes to the Request for Proposals will be provided to all Proposers of record. The City of Dover reserves the right to waive any formality, informality, information and/or errors in the proposals submitted and the right to reject any or all proposals at its discretion and to accept the proposal which will be in the best interest of the City; or to purchase on the open market if it is considered in the best interest of the City to do so.
