District-Wide Interior Branding, Signage, and Wall Coverings Pursuant to Indiana Code 5-22, notice is hereby given that the Lebanon Community School Corporation (LCSC) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified firms to design, fabricate, and install district-wide interior branding, signage, and wall coverings across all LCSC facilities. The scope includes design strategy, fabrication, and installation of interior branding elements (excluding ADA-compliant signage and exterior signage) in alignment with LCSC's district identity and individual school spirit. The work will be phased based on school renovations, occurring between 2025 and 2027. The complete RFP document, including detailed scope, submission instructions, evaluation criteria, and legal compliance requirements, may be requested by contacting Zach Dennis at the email address above. LCSC intends to award the contract(s) for the Products to the responsible offeror(s) whose proposal is determined in writing to be the most advantageous to LCSC, taking into consideration price and the other evaluation factors set forth in the RFP Documents. LCSC reserves the right to hold proposals, including any alternates, for up to 60 days from the date of the opening. LCSC reserves the right to terminate the request for proposal process for any reason and at any time, to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the proposals submitted, to reject all responders and to waive any irregularities, discrepancies, omissions, variances or informalities in any of the proposals. LCSC is in the process of renovating all its buildings across its campuses. Some buildings will reach substantial completion over the summer of 2025 and others will conclude at various times with all buildings being completed by October of 2027. These projects are phased and there will be an opportunity to complete signage as phases are turned over to LCSC rather than waiting until a building in entirely complete to this project. LCSC desires to have signage installed as phases are substantially complete rather than one single mobilization to install at all buildings. The timelines are as follows: Central Elementary: Substantially complete May 2025 Harney Elementary: Substantially complete July 2025 Perry-Worth Elementary: Substantially complete July 2025 Hattie B.
