Renovation of an industrial development in Lebanon, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,800-square-foot, one-story above grade industrial development.

The project involves renovations to an 8,800 square foot storage building at 312 E. Thompson St. in Lebanon, IN 46052. The City of Lebanon seeks bids from general contractors to provide licensed electrical, HVAC, and plumbing design, as well as general construction services. The work includes design/build services for electrical, HVAC, framing, plumbing, and general construction trades. Construction will include siding, roofing and overhead door construction, fencing and gate construction, gutter and downspout installation, wood framing, electrical rough-in and finish installation, HVAC installation (including all service connections and finish installation), and all necessary interior and exterior utility service connections and placements. Instructions to bidders: - Bids must be submitted via QuestCDN vBid Online Bidding ONLY, using the forms provided on the QuestCDN platform. - Each bid must include a filled-out Form No. 96 and acceptable bid security documentation. Any bid missing these items will be deemed non-responsive. - Bid security must be in the form of a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid price, executed by a qualified surety company. - Contractors awarded the work must furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for 100% of the contract price. - Bids may not be withdrawn within 60 days, and the Owner may retain the three lowest bids for up to 90 days. - No price escalation clauses are accepted. - Bidders and all sub-contractors/suppliers must demonstrate five years of progressive experience in similar work.
