Site work for a water / sewer project in Marion, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of approximately 1,031 L.F. of tile main replacement, culvert and tile replacement under Gooding Rd., construction/reconstruction of 2,360 L.F. of flood swale, installation of 9 catch basins and 2 riser inlets, televise and jet clean 1,780 L.F. of existing tile to remain, apply root treatment to 1,500 L.F. of existing tile to remain, and tree/brush removal. Project known as Rider Tile Ditch #507 Rehabilitation Project. Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a bid bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid or a certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. In addition to the Bid Security, a one (1) year Performance Bond is required for this project in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total project cost and may be submitted with the Bid Proposal. The Owner requires that all work associated with the project be completed before May 29th, 2026. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of (60) days after the opening thereof. Awarding of the contract shall be to the Lowest and Best bidder as determined by the Board of Marion County Commissioners in the best interest of the County. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
