** As of June 12, 2025, project was awarded to Underground Utilities, Inc, with the awarded amount of $1,966,281 ** Brightwood Drive Sewer Improvements Each bid must contain the full name of every person or firm interested in the same and be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or letter of credit for 10% of the bid submitted in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54; or a bond for the full amount of the bid submitted, as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its' performance properly secured. The bid security shall be forfeited if the said bidder fails to enter into a contract with the City of Marion, Ohio, and to furnish the required performance bond within fifteen (15) days after notice of acceptance of said bid. The right is reserved by the City of Marion, Ohio, to reject any or all bids.
