DBI is seeking qualified Proposers to provide As-Needed Structural Engineering Review/Practicing Structural Engineer (Peer Reviews) of tall buildings above 240 feet, or, addition, alteration or retrofit of existing tall buildings above 240 feet. These Peer Reviews are as-needed services. Reviewer will be part of a tall building Peer Review Team which consist of a Structural Engineer, a Geotechnical Engineer and a Structural Engineering Review/Academic. Tall building peer reviews shall be performed by this Review Team and shall be in accordance with Administrative Bulletin No. AB-083 Notice of Intent to Award July 28, 2025 August 11, 2025 at 3:00 PM (Pacific) A contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation shall be non-exclusive with an original term up to five (5) years. The City at its sole, absolute discretion, shall have the option to extend the term for up to three (3) additional years.
