Please bid this job in BOTH metal and asphalt roofing. 2. Include cost of tear oU and disposal of the old roofing material in all bids. 3. Please provide a detailed materials list with all bids. 4. Include replacement of the 4 turbine roof vents in all bids 5. Include replacement of the 2 furnace vents with rain caps and storm collars in all bids.
