Any questions regarding this document must be submitted via email to Lee Barrier at Lee.Barrier@sedgwick.gov by 5:00 pm CDT, May 27, 2025. A contractual period will begin following Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) approval of the successful firm(s) and continue for a period of two (2) years with three (3) one (1) year options to renew. The successful proposer must: 1. Have ability to provide maintenance, inspection, repair, and/or replacement services to the following types of roofing materials and coatings: Asphalt (Built Up Roofing) Wood Shingles and Shakes Three (3) Tab Shingles Metal Roofs Tile Slate Composites Emulsion Solvent Aluminum Pigmented Acrylic Latex Coating Refined Coal Tar Coating Flexible Ceramic Coating Modified Bitumen Thermoset Roof Membrane (EPDM) Thermoplastic Roof Membrane (TPO and PVC) 2. Provide service coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Respond to the requesting department within 24 hours of receipt of a general service request. Respond to the requesting department within two (2) hours of receipt of an emergency service request. 3. Provide superior customer service, work product, and response according to all industry standards. 4. Provide a warranty for materials and/or services provided. Work must be free from defects for a period of one (1) year. All materials shall be guaranteed by the manufacturer for one (1) year. 5. Provide superior project site safety to include necessary barriers, tarps, maintenance of site and disposal of materials. 6. Keep electronic documentation, to be provided to county upon receipt, of all work completed under contract. Documentation shall include address, service, name of technician, materials used and invoice. The invoice shall include address of service provided, in addition to hourly rate, materials and services provided.
