Site work and paving for a civil project in Wichita, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
This project is for safety improvements consisting of guardrail upgrades and bridge pier protection MM 49.5 - MM 72.6 along I-35 (KTA). Bids will only be accepted by Contractors that are pre-qualified by the Kansas Department of Transportation. Question Deadline 06/13/2025 at 6:00 PM CT Facsimile bids will not be accepted. Proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of bid and made payable to the Kansas Turnpike Authority as guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and give a performance bond as required if awarded the contract. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity therein, to determine which is the lowest responsible bid most suitable to the Authority
