**As of July 08, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** *Addendum 1 - 7 have been issued. 12 multi-family housing buildings (52 units), off-street parking, and a leasing office. The units will be a mix of single-story duplexes and two-story buildings with varying unit count. A pre-bid conference will be held on Friday June 13, 2025 at 10 am at the Housing Authority's office located at 2500 Line Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71104. The sealed bids will be received at the same location by June 26, 2025 at 2 pm. No substitution will be considered unless written request for approval has been submitted by the Proposer and has been received by the Architect at least seven (7) working days prior to the opening of bids.
