Renovation of a municipal facility in Shreveport, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work includes replacement of an existing air handling unit located in a mechanical penthouse on the second floor roof, associated chilled water and heating water piping modifications, and associated electrical modifications. Also included, is replacement of three existing hydronic system expansion tanks located in an equipment room on the eighth floor roof. The bid security required by this solicitation may also be submitted online. Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are appropriately licensed under La. R.S. 37:2150-2164. No Bid may be withdrawn after receipt of Bids, except under the provisions of LA R.S. 38:2214(C). The Parish of Caddo reserves the right to reject any and all Bids for just cause and to waive any informalities and technicalities. The Parish of Caddo shall incur no obligation to the Contractor until the Contract between Owner and Contractor is fully executed.
