Site work for a water / sewer project in Winter Haven, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Qualification Requirements: Current State of Florida Licensed General Contractor shall have performed similar size and scope services as the prime contractor, within the past ten (10) years, for completed or on-going projects that involved similar construction including well equipping, the installation of large diameter (>10") yard piping, vertical turbine pumps and variable frequency drives (VFDs). Liquidated Damages will be assessed at $1,600.00 per day. The contract time for this project is a total of 270 calendar days from Notice to Proceed to reach Substantial Completion and an additional 30 days from Substantial Completion to Final Completion. Scope of Work: Furnish all labor, materials, and supervision for the construction of Wellhead #2 at the Holly Hill Water Production Facility (WPF) and Wellhead #4 at Oak Hill as outlined in the bid documents.
