Scope of Work: The purpose of the project is to furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the construction and testing of Lift Station No. 253 Upgrade (Providence) in accordance with plan sheets and project manual outlined in the bid documents. Qualification Requirements: Bidders shall be a licensed Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor within the State of Florida. Bidder shall have related experience with generator/site construction and provide references for at least three (3) successfully completed projects in the last five (5) years of similar size and scope to this project. Bidder must provide the name of the proposed project superintendent who has a minimum five (5) years' experience in this position, and provide a list of three (3) projects completed in the last five (5) years of similar size and scope where the named proposed project superintendent performed in a similar role.
