The Contractor shall provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to remove two existing 20' wide by 16' tall roll-up doors and install two new wind-rated, white, chain hoisted steel roll-up doors of the same dimensions, located at Fritchie Barn, 63119 Hwy 1090, Pearl River, LA. The new doors must be properly mounted in accordance with applicable standards. The Contractor is responsible for verifying and ensuring that an adequate structural beam is in place to support the installation of the replacement doors. The Parish reserves the right to add, remove or otherwise modify the above, as determined necessary by the Parish and as allowed by law.
