Question Deadline 06/30/2025 Questions regarding bids must be addressed to the Public Works Department at jmair@conversetx.net. The subject line must read ITB #02-2025 2025 Street Improvements (Soil Stabilization). The question deadline will be addressed in Appendix H- Scope of Services. Responses will be answered after the question deadline in the form ofan Addendum. No responses will be given to questions submitted after the deadline. The scope of work includes soil densification to reinforce the base and sub-base layers beneath flexible asphalt pavement. This will be achieved by injecting expansive polyurethane material at a minimum depth of 4 to 5 feet below the road surface utilizing the injection tube countersinking process. The material shall be injected through tubes or directly into pre-drilled holes, following the locations and depths specified by the Engineer. Surface movement shall be monitored throughout the process. If required, injections will continue until the pavement is restored to its proper grade.
