Pearson School Board is issuing a call for public tenders for the provision of lift maintenance services for a period of 5 years, including all options. The Lester B. Pearson School Board currently owns fifty-three (53) buildings. Maintenance services are required for 26 of its buildings. The School Board's buildings are located on the territory of the Island of Montreal in the following cities: Beaconsfield, Dollard-Des Ormeaux, Dorval, Hudson, Kirkland, Lachine, Lasalle, Pierrefonds, Pincourt, Pointe Claire, Verdun, Saint-Lazare and Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue. All these buildings are located within a 60 km radius of the administrative centre, itself located in Dorval. All bidders must comply with the requirements set out in the tender documents, including the addenda. These can only be obtained through the SEAO electronic system. This call for tenders is an on-demand service contract. TOTAL DURATION OF THE CONTRACT TENDER GUARANTEE The service provider must accompany its tender with a bid security valid for a period of 45 days from the date and time set for the receipt of tenders, representing 10% of the total amount of the tender for the first year excluding all applicable taxes in the form of a bond issued by a company legally authorized to act as surety in favour of the School Board, a certified cheque in the name of the School Board or an irrevocable letter of guarantee in accordance with the provisions of the model letter of guarantee provided in the appendix, issued by a bank, savings or credit union or by a trust or savings company.
