1. Contractor will provide all labor, materials and any rental equipment needed to remove and dispose of all demolished materials related to the cooling tower. 2. Contractor will provide all labor, materials and equipment to repair the cooling tower as follows. 3. Assist owner in isolating each cooling tower cell to allow service on one cell at a time Utilizing existing valves, controls, fan motors, lockout/tagout, etc. 4. Remove and properly dispose offill material from one cooling tower. 5. Remove and dispose ofthree drive assemblies. 6. Mechanically clean the interior of all basins. Remove existing debris, mud, silt and scale deposits. 7. Install a liner or coating inside the basins to eliminate leaking and prevent future leaking at all seams. 8. Furnish and install new FRP fiberglass fill supports. Fill supports will allow adequate clearance for proper cleaning and debris removal ofthe basins. 9. Furnish and install new fill material with air inlet louvers and drift eliminators. 10. Furnish and install new oil line, new gear oil and drive shaft interests/bushings on both ends of drive shaft. 11. Re-install drive shaft and align drive assembly. 12. Confirm and validate proper function and operation of cooling tower. 13.
