The owner is inviting contractors to bid for the provision of construction of the new building, including all materials and labour required for a complete, functioning "turn-key" facility ready for occupancy, (the "work"). A 10% Bid Bond is required to be submitted with the bid. The bidder is also required to submit consent of surety for a 50% performance bond, as well as a 50% Labour & Material bond to be executed upon award.
