The owner is constructing a new Vehicle Storage Building located at 147 5th Street in Stonewall, Manitoba. The owner is inviting contractors to bid for the provision of construction of the new building, including all materials and labour required for a complete, functioning "turn-key" facility ready for occupancy, (the "work"). A 10% Bid Bond is required to be submitted with the bid. The bidder is also required to submit consent of surety for a 50% performance bond, as well as a 50% Labour & Material bond to be executed upon award.
