Vendor is required to provide demolition, materials, labor, and shipping for the completion of the following: Re-roofing of the unused portion of the building next to the gym at Charleston Elementary, 8797 Hiwassee Road, Charleston, TN 37310 1. Consisting of the removal of existing ballasted EPDM roofing materials on 2 sections and the disposal of it. 2. Installation of new 2" rigid insulation underlayment board with a white 60 mil TPO membrane roofing system, mechanically fastened with new flashing and termination bars. 3. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for the installation process. Provide a 30-year warranty. the repairs and improvements to the unusedsection roof at Charleston ElementarySchool, 8797 Hiwassee St, Charleston, TN37310. T
