Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Smithers, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Replacement of seven existing natural gas furnaces with multi-position air handling units with heat pump coils and third-party backup electric duct heaters. Please refer to attached design specifications for more details. Work must be completed around employee working hours (8.00am -5.00pm), Council meetings and other meetings. Work to be performed at Smithers Town Hall; 1027 Aldous Street, Smithers BC.
