Basis of design for the storefront OR curtainwall windows is YKK ap or equal. YKK ap specs are provided along with product approval numbers. Provide sill pans with end dams. Include opening sizes when submitting shop drawings. Glazing to be impact rated, dark grey. Provide samples for owner approval. 2. Hollow metal flush door and frame replacement is based on Mesker N series or equal manufacturer. Outswing door impact rated (+55/-55) design pressures. FL# 15548.1, provide shop drawings for review, including installation details. 3. Metal door hardware to match existing building standard. Verify keying requirements with owner. 4. Provide Panic hardware on all new doors. 5. Hollow metal doors and frames to be primed from manufacture and painted by owner to match building colors. 6. Patch and repair interior and exterior adjacent walls, stucco, tile, tile base, if damaged during replacement work, to original condition. 7. Use Dow 790 or equal sealant with backer rod, for new storefront frames and door frames to existing surface. Match building color.
