Site work for a mixed-use development in Simcoe, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
This Request for Tender (the "RFT") is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County ("Norfolk County") to prospective Bidders to submit bids for the rehabilitation of the Judd Industrial Park Stormwater Pond. Work involves excavation and off-site disposal of accumulated sediment, subgrade preparation, installation of a geosynthetic clay liner, placement of protective sand and topsoil layers, hydroseeding and site restoration. The scope also includes establishing temporary site access, implementing erosion and sediment control measures, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix C) (the "Deliverables").
