Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, vehicles, travel, and incidentals, and shall pay all disposal fees, necessary to provide the rental of portable restroom units, weekly service, and on-call services to restrooms and septic tanks as needed at the multiple locations in Contra Costa, Marin, San Mateo, Alameda, and San Francisco Counties. The services shall be performed at the following locations within Contra Costa, Marin, San Mateo, Alameda, and San Francisco counties: A. Antioch Toll Plaza, State Route (SR)160-N, Antioch, CA 94509. B. Benicia Martinez Toll Plaza, 78 Mococo Road, Martinez, CA 94553. C. Carquinez Bridge Toll Plaza, Interstate (I) 80-E, Vallejo, CA 94590. D. Dumbarton Bridge Toll Plaza, SR 84-W, Fremont, CA 94555. E. Richmond/San-Rafael Toll Plaza, I-580-W, Richmond, CA 94801. F. San Francisco/Oakland Bay Bridge Toll Plaza, I-80-W, Oakland, CA 94607. G. San Mateo/Hayward Toll Plaza, 5500 W Jackson St, Hayward, CA 94545. H. San Francisco/Oakland Bay Bridge Maintenance Complex, 200 Burma Road, Oakland, CA 94607. I. Tri-Bridge Maintenance Station, 100 Industrial Way, Benicia, CA 94510. J. Richmond Maintenance Station, 295 Stenmark Drive, Richmond, CA 94801. K. San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge Tow Service, I-80-W, Oakland, CA 94607. Proposed Award Date (estimate) 06/25/2025 Question Deadline 06/04/2025 at 3:00 PM PT Questions must be sent to the following email: Email: Tiaja.Watson@dot.ca.gov. Written responses to all questions will be collectively compiled and posted as an Addendum to electronically. This Agreement will commence on July 15, 2025 (estimate) or upon approval by the Department of General Services (DGS), whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by DGS. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement shall expire on July 14, 2028 (estimate). The services shall be provided during normal working hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except State holidays.
