This project is to have a Roofing company place a coating on the existing roof terraces to stop the infiltration of rain water into the building. Areas of the concrete Roof Decks (Terraces) will have to be roughed up for adhesion of the coating and during application sand will be applied for slip resistance. The Clinton Indian Health Clinic has reported leaks into the building getting carpet wet.
