2025 Road Improvements on Various Roads in the Borough of Ashland 2,098 SY of 10" Reconstruction with 6" of 2A and 4" of 25.0mm Base 1,786 SY of Full Width Milling, 2 1/2" Depth 88 Tons of 9.5mm Leveling Course, 90 lb/sy 380 Tons of 9.5mm Wearing course, 1 1/2" Depth All materials must meet PennDOT Pub. 408 Specifications and Standards. Bidders need to be PennDOT prequalified. For further information contact Sam Snyder at 570-875-2411. PA Prevailing Wages Apply to this contract. Bids must be clearly marked "2025 Road Improvements Project" and all bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to the Borough of Ashland. The successful bidders for the "2025 Road Improvements Project" will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. The Borough of Ashland reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the interested of-the Borough.
