Reference Number 0000388863 Purchase Type: Term: 06/16/2025 12:00 AM EDT - 10/17/2025 12:00 AM EDT Impact Attenuating Surfacing, Engineered Wood Fiber (playground Woodchips) Total amount of material for 2025 is 960 yards, or four (4) 240 yard train loads Material must meet, or exceed these standards: ASTM F1292; ASTM F1951; ASTM F2075; ASTM F2223-04; CPSC #325, April 2008, sec. 2.4 Delivery will be as-needed throughout calendar year 2025. Delivery will be to the City's Glendale storage yard. Billing to the address below. Brand Preference: All Brands are Acceptable Performance Bond - In favor of the City of Livonia in an amount at least equal to 100% of the contract price from an "A" rating or better company. Maintenance and Guaranty Bond - In an amount at least equal to 100% of the contract price. The guaranty shall cover all work performed and materials furnished under this contract for a period of one (1) year subsequent to the date of the final estimate.
