CamTran Ebensburg Rural Facility Repairs - General Construction. CamTran Ebensburg encourages the use of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in all contracts. Any certified DBE'S proposed by the contractor must be fully utilized with adequate documentation provided by the selected contractor to satisfy federal and PennDOT requirements. A DBE goal of 0% has been established for all prime contracts. Federal Prevailing Wage Rates are required for this project. CamTran Ebensburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
