**As of August 6th, 2025, the project was awarded to Lucky Dog Recreation, with an awarded amount of $319,996.54.** Sweetwater County School District No. 1 is receiving bids for installation of new playground equipment at the following location; Desert View Elementary, 1900 Desert Blvd., Rock Springs, Wyoming82901. Any questions concerning the project must be submitted to the Facilities' office on or before 2:00 PM(local time), June 13th, 2025. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond made payable to Sweetwater County School District No. 1in an amount equal to 5 percent of the bid shall accompany each bid .If the total bid is over $150,000.00,the successful bidder shall be required to furnish to Sweetwater School District No. 1, within 10(10) days of the bid's acceptance ,Performance in an amount not less than 100% of the contract sum. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date of the bid opening. Proposals will not be accepted after this date and time. Electronic proposals will not be accepted.
