The existing exterior wooden doors are not functioning as intended and the County has elected to replace them with metal. Plamann Park is located at 1375 E Broadway Dr in Appleton. Scope of Service The project will include 4 sets of double doors and one single door. The lower level double doors will require access control to be installed along with associated hardware and cabling run back to a data closet on the upper level where the requested access control panel will also be installed. Upper-level doors will be keyed per Parks Department specifications. Provide all labor and materials needed to complete scope of work as outlined in the following: Reference Exhibit A which is the known parts list. There could be other items on this list that are required to complete the project, and it is the contractors responsibility to include parts needed for the complete project in their bid amount, even if not called out on Exhibit A. Reference Drawing Sheet 201 dated 10.04.24 for project location at The Hillside. Outagamie County shall have 1st rights to any of the doors/materials being removed. Contractor shall be responsible for removing and site clearing all doors/materials removed that the County does not want to keep. Project will be lump sum bid.
