The City of Appleton is initiating its 2025 Pavement Marking (Paint) Contract, designated as Unit Q-25, to enhance roadway safety and visibility through the application and maintenance of pavement markings across various city streets, intersections, and parking facilities. This project encompasses the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and traffic control necessary to install and retrace pavement markings, including crosswalks, stop lines, arrows, symbols, and parking stalls. The project is scheduled for completion by September 26, 2025, with liquidated damages of $150 per day for delays. Bids are to be submitted electronically via QuestCDN by June 16, 2025, and must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond. Performance and payment bonds are also required.
