The project consists of the construction of approximately 3,200 linear feet of a new 4-foot wide concrete sidewalk with 5-foot wide concrete passing areas and monolithic curb and sidewalk along Century Hills Drive in the Town of Rocky Hill beginning at Cold Spring Road and terminating at Kingsley Court.
