Concession Opportunity for Aerial Adventure Park The San Bernardino County Regional Parks Department (County) is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to construct improvements, provide concessions and operational management on approximately 3 acres of vacant land shown in Exhibit A (Premises) for an Aerial Adventure Park at Glen Helen Regional Park (Glen Helen) which must include providing at Proposer sole cost and expense design, engineering, construction of improvements including parking, all materials, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, sales/service items, management of daily operations, permitting, insurance, licensing, and maintenance of the premises and concession. Proposals must contain specific information about the concession being proposed.
