Project Site: 39131 Pioneer Blvd., Sandy, OR 97055 Payee: Feng Huang owner of Double Dragon Restaurant (party paying the contractor) PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The following elements of work are to be completed: Element 1: Modify the six existing awnings per the Plan Set created by Keystone Architecture (Exhibit A) and the Structural Calculations created by Associated Consultant Inc. (Exhibit B) with the following specifications: _ Order awning material sample (Weather-Chek 18 oz in Glade Green WC811) for Owner approval prior to placing awning fabric order. _ Remove existing awning materials and properly dispose of old fabric. _ Have certified welder inspect awning frame welds to ensure they meet the exhibit specifications. Where specifications are not met, remove and place new weld. _ Install aluminum tube web on all awning frames in accordance with the exhibits. _ Install new awning fabric in approved material and color using same method of attachment to frame as existing awning. Use industry standard methods and materials. _ Clean awning per manufacturer's recommendations and sweep site after installation is complete.
