Renovation of a municipal facility in Chandler, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Any incomplete forms may result in rejection of the bid, as the Board of County Commissioners considers such action to be in the best interest of the County. 2. Sign any affidavits required. Be sure to have affidavits notarized and return with the bid documents. 3. All bid information shall be typewritten or legibly written in ink. Please type if possible. Please X out any page you do not wish to bid and return it to the County. 4. All items bid must meet the requirements presented on the bid sheets. Bids must be based on unit dimensions, and quantities listed on each sheet unless vendor offer is requested. Prices shall include delivery to any location in Lincoln County. Location shall be determined at the time the purchase order is placed, unless otherwise noted in the bid documents. Prices shall remain firm. All materials must be available upon request. A vendor may cancel an awarded bid by notifying the Lincoln County Purchasing Agent 30 days IN WRITING, in advance of bid cancellation. Bidders, by signing invitation to bid forms are agreeing to a firm offer. No price increase of any kind shall be passed on to the County including but not limited to fuel costs, shipping costs, increases in product costs etc. 5. Any reference to ODOT Specifications shall mean the product or services bid shall Meet Oklahoma Department of Transportation Standard Specification For Highway Construction Latest Edition and/or any amendments thereto. 6. Lincoln County reserve the right to award bids by item or items for any area of Lincoln County. 7. Successful bidders will be notified in writing, and will be required to provide proof of workers compensation, or exemption there of, liability insurance, and MSDS sheets when applicable. 8. Prepare bid envelopes and file with the County Clerk as specified on the invitation to bid form.
