Scope of work to include removing the existing roof and installing new coverboard, tapered insulation (R-38 equivalent or better), 60 MIL TPO membrane and coping cap metal, new roof drains, new parapet caps, and new edge flashing, along with all manufacturers' required sealants applicable accessories needed to perform the work. Dispose of all removed materials.
